Target Audience
Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs)—including natural/legal persons or unions thereof, collective bodies, and other organizations—that actively operate in the processing of fishery and aquaculture products, assume full responsibility for the implementation of the Project, and bear its associated costs.
