The programme "Enhancing the extroversion of enterprises in the Region of Crete through promotional and networking actions" has been announced under the Programme "CRETE 2021–2027".
The objective of the Action is to support the extroversion of enterprises based in the Region of Crete through their participation in trade exhibitions organised in Greece, the EU, as well as in third countries.
Under this Call, projects with a subsidised budget of up to €90,000 are supported, with a Grant Rate of 50%.
▲ Eligible Expenditure
✓ Participation in trade exhibitions as an exhibitor in Greece.
✓ Participation in trade exhibitions as an exhibitor abroad.
✓ Costs for project monitoring and investment management services.
The subsidised budget of each investment project may reach up to €90,000 for participation in at least two (2) trade exhibitions as an exhibitor. The maximum subsidised budget amounts to €30,000 for participation in one domestic exhibition and €45,000 for participation in one international exhibition.
▲ Who it concerns
The Action concerns small and micro enterprises lawfully operating and active in the Region of Crete, with eligible NACE Codes , and which meet the conditions set out in the Detailed Call of the Action.

The submission period runs from 13/10/2025 until 16/12/2025 (15:00) via the State Aid Information System (OPSKE), http://www.opske.gr.
▲ Key Terms and Conditions for Beneficiary Participation
- They must operate, as regards production of the product to be showcased at trade exhibitions, within the Region of Crete.
- They must have at least two (2) full closed financial years.
- They must submit a business plan relating to the choice of exhibitions, the team and the participants’ scope, booth organisation, booth setup, booth operation, and other planned promotional activities in the eligible activity sectors [ NACE Codes ].
- They must already produce / process the products to be exhibited.
- They must operate lawfully and possess the appropriate licence documentation.
- They must commit that the costs have not been financed, included, or submitted for approval in any other programme funded by national or EU resources.

Under the Call, projects with a subsidised budget of up to €90,000 are supported. The Public Funding Rate amounts to 50%. Eligible costs are listed in detail in the Programme Guide ( see here).
▲ Summary of Eligible Costs
A. Participation in trade exhibitions as an exhibitor in Greece or Abroad.
Basic booth installation costs (up to €9,500 or €10,000).
Booth design (up to €9,500).
Booth equipment – rental (up to €9,000 or €12,500).
Transport and insurance of goods (up to €1,000 or €4,500).
Travel, accommodation, meals (up to €3,500 or €5,000).
On-site communication services (up to €4,000 or €10,000).
B. Project management and monitoring services.
The eligibility start date for costs is the date of submission of the funding application.
